Michelle Lestas Bsc (hons), MBA, AMCIPS, MIMC, is a Managing Partner with Lestas Consulting. Michelle is an Affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies, a member of the Irish Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management, a Director of the North West Regional College (a Ministerial Appointment) and an Economist with the Ulster Business Journal.  Michelle has over 18 years experience in senior strategic development at a central government, local government and private sector level in Northern Ireland, ROI and Europe. This experience involves business and economic development, strategic and operational planning, evaluations and economic appraisals - predominantly within the public, private and voluntary/community sector.  Michelle currently manages a number of significant Small Business Development Programmes for Small Business Owner Managers on behalf of local authorities and business development bodies.
