Lestas Consulting is an accredited training and development organisation with the Institute of Leadership and Management specialising in Small Business Development. Accreditation has European recognition, covering the North and South of Ireland, and takes the form of an Institute of Leadership and Management Certificate in the following areas:
- Introductory Certificate in Management
- Certificate in Management
- Introductory Award for Owner Managers
- Certificate Award for Owner Managers
- Introductory Team Leader Award
- Team Leader Award
Lestas Consulting is accredited by CITB to prepare individuals for the Construction Skills Registration (CSR) Card. Our courses are designed to meet all your requirements in that they:
- Operate at centres close to your location.
- Happen at a time convenient for you (Including Saturdays)
- Provide the relevant information in as short a time as possible so that your staff can get back to work as soon as possible.
We also provide a total service for the construction industry, which incorporates the following:
- Delivery of Health and Safety training and assessment leading to entry onto the Construction Skills Register (CSR)
- Drawing up safety policies and safety plans in line with insurance and industry requirements.
- Risk assessment, method statements, site inspections and reports
- Health & Safety Audits
- If you are CITB levy payer, you can reclaim part of the training cost
