Lestas Consulting Ltd is a main indigenous management consultancy company in Northern Ireland. 

An SME, we strongly believe that the success of our Business Support over the last 12 years has been achieved in part because of our own SME status and the way in which our client businesses identify with us.

Lestas Consulting Ltd was one of the first SME’s in NI within our sector to be awarded the Investors in People Award. We were also the first private sector small business to receive ‘trainer status’ from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) in 2002 and we have been a registered training company ever since, equivalent to any large training organisation.

Finally in 2011 we became one of the first management consultancy companies to become an Invest NI Client, recognised by INI as a service sector business with a strong international potential as well as an innovative approach to ICT that merited assistance in R&D.
