Quality Systems Deployed
Lestas Consulting employ the following quality systems in the undertaking of work:
- Pre-Programme Brief - for each piece of work undertaken Lestas Consulting will prepare an initial brief based on an in-depth initial meeting to outline the project parameters. The Client, prior to the commencement of work, is asked to agree the brief and both parties must agree any future changes in writing.
- Dissatisfaction with any of the work carried out by Lestas Consulting staff is investigated immediately and a response presented to the Client within three working days.
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a face-to-face meeting with the Client is sought by one of the partners. From this meeting a variety of fair and equitable solutions may be investigated. If the issue still cannot be resolved then either the Client or Lestas Consulting may seek arbitration using an independent third party.
- Lestas Consulting employs a series of failsafe quality systems during the course of a contract. These include:
- Identifying a lead partner from Lestas Consulting who will be the point of contact for the duration of the contract.
- Holding regular meetings with the Client throughout the contract to ensure quality and satisfaction with the process.
- Undertaking an initial meeting prior to commencement of the project to outline key tasks, milestones and success criteria.
- Work within a series of defined phases each geared to agreed incremental successes. This system acts as an early warning system if difficulties arise and allows for adjustments to be made throughout the project.
- Identifying the terms of reference in writing and making any amendments to the contract in writing.
- Agreeing payment methods in advance of commencement of the project.
- Guaranteeing that the staff named in the contract are the staff who undertake the work - subject to illness/termination of employment. In this case an agreed alternative would be sought.
Lestas Consulting have due regard for sustainable development when undertaking any work. As such the partners have employed the following Environmental Management System.
