The aim of this programme is to mentor and provide joint seminars for firteen rural retail businesses in the Coleraine Borough Council rural areas, in order to provide them with the skills necessary to strategically develop their business.

The programme is accredited with ILM. Topics covered in the programme will include finance, marketing, promotion and merchandising, personnel and staff development and growth. The programme is an important part of the overall portfolio of initiatives provided to the small business sector in Coleraine.
