Scoping Studies
Identifying the local and regional work undertaken by different organisations in a given area and placing it into a contextual framework will enable stakeholders to work together and identify gaps in economic development. Lestas Consulting has undertaken a variety of scoping exercises in the last year that include 17 out of the 26 Local Authority areas in Northern Ireland. This includes summarising over 120 strategic plans and strategies for the North East, North West and Western Regions of Northern Ireland.
